At the Nordenfelt Music School, we believe in individualized instruction where each student can develop at their own pace and according to their own abilities. Our teachers combine musical expertise with teaching experience and help students of all ages discover joy, self-confidence, and a means of self-expression through music.
We offer lessons in piano and synthesizer, guitar (acoustic and electric), vocals, electric bass, recorder, flute, violin, trumpet, rhythm, and music theory, as well as preparatory courses for music classes and higher music education programs.
Alexander has been playing the guitar for over 30 years and has worked as a guitar teacher at the Nordenfeltska Music School since 2008 and as the school’s director since 2015.
He is also a freelance guitarist, producer, and songwriter. He trained as a musician and educator at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.

Casper previously studied at Lilla Akademien and is now studying at the Royal College of Music under Dan Laurin.
He has performed with several different ensembles, both as a soloist and as a musician, and works as a freelance church musician.

Daniel Hormazábal is a versatile concert pianist and dedicated piano teacher who not only resonates with traditional concert audiences but also strives to inspire a younger generation of musicians and listeners.
Through his collaboration with the Royal Opera’s “Young People at the Opera” program, he has introduced classical music to young people, often in collaboration with singers, actors, and dancers.
In addition to his concert career, Daniel is passionate about chamber music and is a member of the acclaimed piano trio “Trio Skandinavia.” He has extensive international experience and has performed in several countries, both as a soloist and a chamber musician. His dedication to piano performance and teaching makes him a highly regarded educator who helps his students develop both technically and musically.

Pianist/piano teacher, church musician and composer. Studied at the College of Music in Örebro, Stora Sköndal’s church music program and taken composition courses with Arne Mellnäs and Sven-David Sandström.
Elisabet hasworked as a pianist, organist, accompanist, and composer in theater, opera, and ballet.Most recently, she composed “Children in a City” for the Stockholm Boys’ Choir and “Witch Cantata” for the Ad Astra Choir and soloists.

Frida has a solid educational background that began at Södra Latins gymnasium, where she trained as a professional musician. She then continued her studies at Bollnäs Folk High School, specializing in Afro music, and completed her formal education at the Royal College of Music with a specialization in jazz.
During her career, Frida has had the privilege of working with a number of prominent artists, including Linnea Henriksson, The Killers, J. Cole, Darin, Tommy Körberg, Cleo and Markoolio. Her experience also includes working as a trumpet player in several productions at the Oscar Theater as well as performing at major events such as the Grammis Gala, Nyhetsmorgon and Sommarkrysset. In addition, she has released three albums with her own Afrobeat band, Music is the Weapon, deepening and developing her passion for African music.

Paula is a creative and skilled educator with many years of experience in teaching, creative activities, and performances for preschoolers. At Nordenfeltska, she teaches transverse flute, fife, flute ensemble, and the “Music and Play” course.
She received her education from SMI (Stockholm Institute of Music Education), KMH (Royal College of Music), and Stockholm University. Professionally, Paula performs in the duo 2Friends with pianist Ulla Schuback. With a focus on the student or child, and with both joy and dedication, Paula always sees opportunities for learning and growth.

Suzanna is a pianist, piano teacher, and church musician. She studied at the Malmö Academy of Music and Ersta & Sköndal University College. She also took private piano lessons in London and Paris, among other places. She studied conducting under Per Lyng and Kurt Rapf.
She has been a rehearsal director at the Opera Academy in Stockholm and Opera Studio '67. Over the years Suzanna has worked as a concert pianist in Sweden and abroad, as a church musician, accompanist and chamber musician, and has appeared on TV and radio. She enjoys playing and teaching different genres, such as classical, pop and jazz.

Eva teaches singing and piano. Eva is a classically trained pianist who studied at the Nordic Music Conservatory.
In addition to having worked as a teacher at Nordenfeltska for many years, she has also worked as an accompanist, rehearsal pianist, and church musician. Eva has worked with many different genres, such as gospel, jazz, musicals, and theater music.

For many years, Anders has performed with and written music for a wide range of both national and international artists, including Måns Zelmerlöv, Ajax, Sanne Salomonsen, Martin Stenmark, Bella Thorne, Smokie, and Celine Dion, to name a few.
When he isn't teaching, he is active both on stage and in the studio, teaching both beginner-level classes and advanced masterclasses.

Caroline teaches violin. Born and raised in Ludvika, Dalarna. Has studied at the Stockholm Academy of Music, Jacob School of Music - Indiana USA and at the NSKA (Dutch String Quartet Academy) in Amsterdam. At the Stockholm Academy of Music she studied violin methodology/pedagogy with the legendary pedagogue Ulla Magnusson.
Caroline has played in most of Sweden's major orchestras, in the string quartet Treitlerkvartetten and in numerous projects with pop artists.
She is passionate about teaching and has had private students for 15 years and also worked at Kulturama and Imanuelskyrkans musikskola.
Anna has been teaching piano at all levels—from beginner to advanced—for many years. She has worked at Ingesund College of Music and the music program at Södra Latin, among other places.
Anna works as a freelance concert pianist in Sweden and abroad. She trained at the Stockholm College of Music as a soloist and piano teacher. A scholarship from the Royal Academy of Music enabled her to pursue an additional three years of concert training in Winterthur, Switzerland, as well as master classes in Salzburg, Prague, Siena, Tromsø, and Stockholm.

Natalia has a classical education in piano and works as a piano teacher and accompanist. She has studied in Moscow and at the Stockholm Music Pedagogical Institute (SMI). She has been teaching piano since 2006. Several of her students have received diplomas and prizes, in competitions and festivals, both at national and international level. Natalia teaches children and adults everything from classical music to pop and jazz.
Vinson is originally from the United States. Trained as a music teacher, specializing in percussion, at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Worked as a music teacher in Sweden for 6 years at the International English School. Is also a freelance musician with experience in many different genres, both in recording and live situations.

Anna has been playing the piano since the age of 8 and is educated at the Academy of Music in Gothenburg. She has worked as a piano teacher for over 15 years, teaching students of all ages. Anna has worked at many different music schools in both Gothenburg and Stockholm, including Donnergymnasiet and Rytmus Musikgymnasium. Over the years she has also worked as a choral pianist for various gospel choirs and freelanced as a pianist in various contexts. Anna teaches mainly pop, soul, jazz, gospel and classical music.
